If you want buy-in for your solution, sell the problem. If you don’t, don’t. But then, you buy more problems. Don’t do that.
To refuse to acknowledge a problem exists is to enlarge the problem. Problems don’t like to be ignored. Acknowledge it. Solve it.
Every breakthrough is preceded by a breakdown. So, keep breaking it down until the breakthrough shakes and awakes you.
No solution to a problem means it’s a truth to be accepted. Accept it. Peace awaits. So, there is a solution to the problem? Yep.
You’ll get further down the road with, ‘I’ve got a problem and I need your help’ than ignoring the problem and receiving no help.
